SOLD OUT - On Saturday May 9th from 6pm till 7pm, wine supplier Pepia Est is hosting a virtual Food & Wine Tasting. Sommelier Raymond Kok is pairing three excellent Spanish wines with a special 3-course menu of Cuminda Na Cas. The price for the food menu is AWG 37,50.
You will start off with Bilbao squid stew, shrimp croquettes with saffron mayonnaise and pistachio crusted mahi mahi with tomato salsa. Followed by the second course: chorizo skewer with jamón serrano bombe with potato salad. The meal is completed with the main course: Catalonia-style braised pork cheeks with polenta and roasted bell pepper.
