Food & Wine Pairing Event June 6th

On Saturday June 6th from 6pm till 7pm, wine supplier Pepia Est is hosting a virtual Food & Wine Tasting. Sommelier Raymond Kok is pairing three excellent wines from Washington State with a special 3-course menu of Cuminda Na Cas. The price for the food menu is AWG 42,-. The combination of the meal with 3 paired bottles of wine is AWG 117,-.

You will start off with a duo of wahoo tartar and salmon tataki with a hoi sin sesame glace served with a wakame citrus salad. The paired wine: H3 Sauvignon Blanc Columbia Valley Washington State, USA.


Second course: Chicken mushroom ravioli in a tomato sauce with black olives, pine nuts served with a white onion compote. Paired wine: Chateau Ste. Michelle Rosé Columbia Valley Washington State, USA.

Third course: pan-fried kangaroo filet served with a red wine anise sauce and hotchpotch. Paired wine: Seven Falls Cabernet Sauvignon Wahluke Slope Washington State, USA.
