You will start off with octopus and prosciutto ham with a dressing with chorizo and lentils. The paired wine: Villa Sandi prosecco from Italy.
Second course: Homemade ciabatta, Dutch soused herring (Hollandse Nieuwe), red beet salsa and an onion mousse. Paired wine: Moltó Negre Cava Brut from Casa Rojo in Spain.
Third course: smoked tenderloin, glazed zucchini, pommes duchesses and a creamy white wine sauce. Paired wine: Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne from Epernay in France.
